Mshr Jake Garrett

Jake Garrett, MSHR has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jake began their career as an HR Assistant/Staffing Coordinator at Highland Ridge Hospital in 2013, where they were responsible for various tasks such as scheduling, policy writing, background checks, and employee training. Jake also conducted internal audits of I-9s for over 300 employees. In the same year, they were promoted to the role of Director of Human Resources, where they continued to excel in their responsibilities until 2014.

In 2014, Jake joined RBM Building Services as an HR Manager, overseeing the HR functions for six companies under the RBM group. Jake managed a team of HR Managers, Recruiters, and HR Assistants, providing HR services to 1,500 employees across multiple states. Their responsibilities included workers' compensation claims management, compliance, recruiting, benefits administration, training, risk management, and employee relations. In 2014, they were promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources, where they continued to demonstrate their expertise until 2020.

Since 2020, Jake has been working as the Human Resources Director at Alpine Cleaning & Restoration Specialists, Inc.
