Natalie Domond

Natalie Domond is the Founder and CEO of Tipa Revolution LLC, where the focus is on coaching mid-career women in life, leadership, and liberation since January 2021. Additionally, as a PeopleFirst Facilitator, Consultant, and Executive Coach for Alpine Investors since March 2021, Natalie facilitates leadership development for conscious and impactful businesses. Previously, as Principal Digital & Innovation Advisor at DAI from October 2016 to May 2022, Natalie led the USAID WomenConnect Challenge, addressing the gender digital divide. Experience also includes coaching executives at Alter Global, consulting for Mastercard and Amazon, and strategic roles at CreditEase, Boom Financial, and New Island Capital Management. Natalie holds an MBA from Stanford University and dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Florida.
