Rachel Lockett

Rachel Lockett is the founder of Lockett Coaching, an executive development firm established in October 2022, dedicated to enhancing leadership potential through coaching and consulting. Currently serving as a PeopleFirst Consultant & Coach for Alpine Investors since November 2022, Rachel collaborates with portfolio companies to optimize talent alignment and impact. Prior experience includes significant roles at Stripe as a Top Talent People Partner and Human Resources Business Partner Manager, and at Pinterest as a Human Resources Business Partner, where Rachel contributed to various strategic initiatives in talent management and organizational development. Earlier career positions involved product management and user experience research at RemindHQ and educational roles with Aspire Public Schools. Rachel holds a BA in Human Biology from Stanford University and a Master's degree in Education from the University of the Pacific.
