Lillia Brady has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lillia started their career in 2015 as a Youth Lead at Peninsula Family YMCA, where they created lesson plans and led activities for children. In 2017, they worked as a Lead Server at THE LOT La Jolla, where they trained and onboarded new hires and led training initiatives. Lillia then served as a Marketing Intern at The Melting Pot in 2019. Lillia joined Urbn Leaf in the same year, where they held various roles including Customer Service Specialist, Inventory Supervisor, and Compliance Training Coordinator. At Urbn Leaf, they developed and updated standard operating procedures, monitored compliance processes, and managed inventory levels. In 2021, they joined StateHouse Holdings as an Implementation Manager, where they managed the training and organizational change of the POS system and provided technical support. Currently, Lillia is working as an Onboarding Specialist at Alpine IQ starting in 2023.

Lillia Brady began their education in 2016 at Grossmont College, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Lillia continued their studies at the same institution until 2023, completing their Associate's degree. From 2020 to 2023, Lillia also pursued a second Associate's degree at Grossmont College, this time in Social & Behavioral Science.
