Debra Southard

Debra Southard serves as the Human Resources Director at Alpine Lumber since August 2021, bringing extensive experience in HR leadership roles across various industries. Prior to Alpine Lumber, Debra was a Human Resources Business Partner at Vestas from August 2016 to July 2021, specializing in leadership development for a large renewable energy company. Previous positions include Human Resources Manager at FIRST RF Corporation, HR and Office Manager at TerraLUX Inc., and Human Resources Director at Centennial Peaks Hospital, among others. Debra holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Le Moyne College.
