Michele Dingle

Michele Dingle, MPH, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Professional at Alpine Special Treatment Center, Inc. since January 2023, Michele is responsible for aligning HR functions with organizational goals and driving a positive employee culture. Prior to this, Michele held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Chromalloy San Diego and UTC Aerospace Systems, where strategic HR initiatives were aligned with business objectives. Beginning a career at Goodrich Corporation as an HR Manager, Michele led various HR functions across six manufacturing sites, focusing on employee relations and process standardization. Michele holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Plymouth State University.
