Sara Tommaseo

Sara Tommaseo has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to present. Sara began their career as a Cultural and Linguistic Mediator at School Istituto Schiapparelli in 2004. Sara then joined Alpiq in 2005, where they held various roles. Sara started as a Personal Assistant to the HR Director and Head of F&M Services, a position they held until 2013. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as an HR Training & Development Specialist, responsible for managing training programs and budgets. Sara then took on the role of HR Business Partner Italy from 2014 to 2018, actively promoting HR culture and best practices while managing the professional life of 90 employees in 4 different sites. In 2018, they became the HR Manager Italy, and in 2020, they were promoted as the Head of HR Italy at Alpiq.

Sara Tommaseo has a diverse education history. Sara attended Liceo Stefano Maria Legnani from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained their Maturità Linguistica, specializing in liceo linguistico sperimentale. Sara then pursued a Laurea Triennale in Scienze della Mediazione Linguistica e Culturale at Università degli Studi di Milano from 2001 to 2004. Sara continued their education at the same university and earned a Laurea Magistrale in Lingue, Culture e Comunicazione Internazionale from 2006 to 2010. In 2015 and 2016, they attended ALMA LABORIS Business School for a Master di Alta Formazione in Amministrazione del Personale e Consulenza del Lavoro. In 2017, they participated in the Coaching Academy Foundation program at TCPItaly-TheChangePartnership. Additionally, Sara obtained various certifications, including Predictive Index Analyst from PI Europe-Italia in 2010, Goethe Zertifikat C1 from Goethe-Institut e.V. in 2009, and HSK Chinese Proficiency Test from Instituto Confucio na Unesp in 2004.
