Yael Gigante

Yael Gigante currently serves as the Head of HR Services & Systems at Alpiq, overseeing HR administration, payroll, and global reporting since October 2024. Previously, Yael held the position of Director of Human Resources Information Technology at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd from November 2022 to December 2024, managing HR and expense applications. As a Partner at ConvictionsRH from April 2012 to January 2023, Yael was responsible for business operations in Switzerland and France, successfully driving revenue growth and overseeing complex project deliveries. Yael's earlier experience includes roles at Alcatel-Lucent, notably as EMEA Regional HRIS Manager, where global HR and payroll systems were implemented across multiple regions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Networks and Communications from the University of Strasbourg.
