Alberto Fernández

Alberto Fernández has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and technical support, currently serving as Jefe de infraestructura IT and previously as Coordinador de Sistemas at ALPLA Group since January 2014. Prior experience includes a role as a Technical Support professional at Kimberly-Clark from March 2013 to June 2013, where responsibilities encompassed HelpDesk support, configuration of hardware and software, and network troubleshooting. Alberto began professional development at ALPLA Group as an Apprentice from 2011 to 2012, focusing on equipment setup and Helpdesk support. Alberto holds a degree in Ingeniero de Sistemas with a specialization in Administration of Information Systems from UNEFA, earned between 2006 and 2011.
