Beatriz Martinez graduated with a degree in Tecnologia em Manutenção Industrial from the Faculdade de Tecnologia de Osasco and currently serves as an Analista de PCM Pl at ALPLA Group. They specialize in maintenance management and planning, utilizing the 5S methodology to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency. At ALPLA, Beatriz is responsible for improving maintenance indicator controls, planning preventive and predictive activities, managing suppliers, and overseeing maintenance orders. Beatriz began their career at ALPLA as a menor aprendiz, where they assisted maintainers with machine maintenance before quickly advancing to a PCM role.
