Ceren Aydın

Ceren Aydın has diverse experience in human resources and marketing, having interned at HD Uluslararası Ticaret as a Sales and Marketing Intern and at dsm-firmenich as a Human Resources Intern, where contributions included support for day-to-day HR operations and compliance with data protection laws. Currently, Ceren serves as a Human Resources Generalist at ALPLA Group, overseeing HR functions at the Gebze and Adana plants in Turkey, focusing on key areas such as learning and development, performance management, and talent management. Ceren has also worked as a Human Resources Project Specialist, developing training programs and managing recruitment processes. Academically, Ceren has completed degrees from University College Dublin, Kocaeli University, and Anadolu University, specializing in leadership, management, and industrial engineering.
