Eveline Fredrick is currently the R&D Group Manager at AGRISTO NV, where Eveline leads and aligns diverse R&D teams and activities across production sites and departments in line with the company's growth strategy. Eveline's role involves setting and achieving group and local R&D objectives, shaping a future-proof R&D strategy, coordinating various innovation projects, and staying updated on industry trends. Prior to this, Eveline has held various positions at Alpro, where Eveline managed the fermented products category and worked on expanding the product portfolio with new concepts and technologies. Eveline also has a background in food technology and holds a Ph.D. in applied biological sciences from Ghent University.
