Rita Vercaemst

Rita Vercaemst is an experienced professional currently serving as Site MANEX Manager, Performance Manager, and International Lead Continuous Improvement Manager at Alpro since November 2011. Prior to this role, Rita worked at ON Semiconductor from November 2005 to November 2011 as Industrial Engineering Manager and Lean Six Sigma Deployment Champion Europe, focusing on training and coaching Lean Six Sigma Green and Yellow Belt classes in AMIS Europe, deploying the LSS methodology, and managing Black Belt projects. Rita obtained a Doctorate in Physics from Ghent University, where studies were completed from 1987 to 1997.
