Mike Kenhard

Mike Kenhard has a extensive work experience in engineering and leadership roles in various companies. Mike is currently working as the CTO & VP Engineering at ALPS ALPINE since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the CTO, VP Engineering & General Manager at XL Fleet from 2020 to 2023. Mike was also the President at IAV Automotive Engineering, Inc. from 2019 to 2020. Mike has also worked as the Engineering Director at AVL Powertrain Engineering Inc from 2016 to 2020 and as the Chief Engineer at AVL Powertrain North America from 2012 to 2016. Mike held the positions of Engineering Senior Manager and Diesel Engineering Manager at DENSO Sales UK Ltd from 2007 to 2011. Mike started their career at DENSO International America as a Senior Engineer in 2006. Prior to that, they worked at DENSO Sales UK Ltd as a Development Engineer from 2002 to 2005. Mike also worked as a Senior Development Engineer at Cosworth Technology from 1999 to 2002 and as a Development Engineer at Ford Motor Company from 1997 to 1999.

Mike Kenhard attended Kingston University from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a BEng degree in Mechanical Engineering.
