Ola Tornkvist

Ola Tornkvist currently holds the position of Treasurer at the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers (ALPSP) since October 2022, along with roles as Director and Policy Committee Member. With extensive experience in the publishing sector, Ola has served as Publisher, Editorial Manager, Managing Editor, and Publishing Editor at the London Mathematical Society since 2002. Previous positions include Commissioning Editor at Imperial College Press, Visiting Scientist at CERN, and Postdoctoral Research Physicist at the University of Cambridge. Furthermore, Ola has worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Fermilab and the Niels Bohr Institute. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Physics from Yale University and advanced degrees in Physics from Chalmers University of Technology and Case Western Reserve University, as well as a BSc in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University.
