Walter Torres is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in quality control and project inspection. Currently serving as QC Senior Project Inspector at KS Engineering, P.C. since October 2021, Walter has also held significant roles at The LiRo Group and Haider Engineering, focusing on the New York State Department of Transportation Design-Build Replacement of the Kosciuszko Bridge. Additionally, Walter has contributed as QC Senior Project Inspector at M&J Engineering, P.C. from June 2020 to October 2021, demonstrating a strong commitment to overseeing and ensuring the quality of major infrastructure projects.
