Courtney Doudna brings more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources and People Operations, with a track record of building teams, programs, and systems that help employees and organizations thrive. She has led People & Culture functions across multiple industries including FinTech, HealthTech, Logistics & Operations, and Fashion/Technology supporting workforces ranging from small teams to large-scale teams.
Courtney’s expertise spans the full spectrum of People Operations and HR leadership, including HR operations, total rewards, employee relations, leadership development, compliance, and organizational change. She has deep experience leading complex investigations and employee relations matters, developing equitable policies and compliance frameworks, and coaching leaders at all levels to build accountable, inclusive, and high-performing teams.
She has also designed and implemented compensation and benefits programs that balance organizational goals with employee well-being, and has extensive experience optimizing HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, Paycor, Paychex, ADP, UKG, Rippling, Namely, and Lattice. Having managed everything from single-person departments to large HR teams, Courtney is skilled at scaling people programs, strengthening leadership capability, and aligning people strategy with business priorities.
Courtney is an Arizona native and mom of three who is passionate about mental health advocacy and creating workplaces where people feel supported inside and outside of work. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys hockey (go Golden Knights!), creative projects, and time with her family.
