Wessim Nebi has a Bachelor's degree in hotel management from the Higher Institute of Technological Studies of Nabeul. With experience in various roles in the food and beverage industry, Wessim has worked in positions such as Bartender, Bar Manager, Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager, and currently serves as a Restaurant Manager at Alrabia Investment & Management. Wessim has expertise in managing daily restaurant operations, coordinating front and back of the house staff, developing food cost controls, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
