Bader Alhinti gained work experience in various roles and companies. In 2021, they worked as a Purchases Representative at Mutlaq Al Ghowairi for Contracting LTD for a brief period. Later that year, they joined شركة المرابحة المرنة للتمويل as a Corporate Governance Officer until April 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Corporate Governance Analyst at الرائدة Alraedah, starting in April 2023.

Bader Alhinti, IFSAH pursued their education from 2016 to 2021 at the International Aero Academy. During this time, they focused on earning a degree in Commercial Pilot, with a field of study in Airline/Commercial/Professional Pilot and Flight Crew.
