Mohammad Alrasheed

Mohammad Alrasheed started their work experience in 2013 as a Human Resources Officer at Saudi Labs. Mohammad later became the Human Resources Manager, where they managed HR operations and provided support and advice to both management and employees. Mohammad also played a key role in projects such as the implementation of an ERP system and the restructuring of HR policies and procedures. In 2022, Mohammad joined AlRaedah Finance as the Head of Human Resources, where they are responsible for managing the entire HR department and implementing HR strategies.

Mohammad Alrasheed completed their education in a chronological order. Mohammad first attended Deakin University from 2009 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a field of study in Finance, General. Following that, they enrolled at La Trobe University in 2012 and completed their Master's degree in International Business in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Mohammad Alrasheed obtained several certifications. In 2000, they received certifications in "Develop the using of Computer and Build a websites," "English Language," and "Prepare youth to work in private sector" from the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Mohammad'smost recent certification was as an "International certified HR Manager" from the Oxford Training Centre Ltd in December 2017.
