Mohammed Saleh Naser PMP®, PBA, currently serves as the Business Transformation Unit Head at Alrajhi Bank Jordan since April 2025. Prior experience includes various roles at Safwa Islamic Bank from November 2016 to April 2025, progressing from Head Teller to Assistant Manager of Branches Control & Development. Initial banking experience began as a Bank Teller at Safwa Islamic Bank from October 2014 to September 2016. Previous positions include Supervisor at Abu Sheikha and Supervisor and HR Trainer at Safady Restaurant and Grills. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor's degree in Business Economy from Jordan University and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Jordan, complemented by a diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Talal Abu Ghazaleh Knowledge Society.
