Dirk Broekhoven is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the surface treatment industry, currently serving as Commercial Director and Technical Manager at Alro Group since May 2011, overseeing the process and maintenance departments. Additionally, Dirk has been a consultant at AXITO bvba since September 2012, leading various improvement projects, and operates their own consulting firm, MJB Consulting, since November 2009. Dirk's previous roles have included Technical Manager and Plant Manager at WCA-Alro, General Manager at Beijing-Alro, and several positions within Alro Group, starting as a Process Engineer in 1998. Dirk's educational background includes a Master in Engineering from KU Leuven and a YMP in Management from Vlerick Business School.
