Sander Vandeboel

Sander Vandeboel currently serves as the Project & Quality Manager at WCA Alro plant within Alro Group since October 2022, overseeing the project and quality department and driving teams to meet customer expectations while tracking key performance indicators. Prior experience includes roles at Yazaki Europe from August 2017 to October 2022, where Sander held positions such as Senior Project & Account Engineer and Project Manager for the Toyota Business Unit, leading commercial negotiations, project profitability management, and cross-functional project teams. Earlier experience includes a marketing internship at Astrata Europe and a sales assistant role at Samsonite. Sander holds a degree from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, completed between 2014 and 2017.
