Dzhavid Rzaev

Dzhavid Rzaev is an accomplished IT professional with significant experience in digital transformation and supply chain management. Currently serving as IT Director for Supply Chain & Logistics at Alrosa Company Limited since October 2020, Dzhavid is responsible for developing and implementing digital solutions aligned with business strategies. Previously, as Program Manager at Carlsberg Group from January 2018 to September 2020, Dzhavid led the development of a digital platform that facilitated transformation across Carlsberg Eastern Europe and its logistics partners. Dzhavid also held the position of Project Manager at GE from February 2011 to December 2017, focusing on operational excellence and digital initiatives in Russia and the CIS. Earlier experience includes serving as IT Project Manager at Petroelectrosbyt, where Dzhavid managed a transformation project to enhance customer service and billing platforms. Dzhavid's educational background includes degrees from ITMO University and the Higher School of Economics.
