Maxim Kosyrev

Maxim Kosyrev is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in asset management and restructuring, currently serving as the Head of Real Estate at Alrosa Company Limited since February 2020. Prior to this role, Kosyrev held significant positions at Gazprombank as Director for Restructuring Distressed Assets and at SIBUR, where responsibilities included leading litigation and providing general legal support. Earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Director at a private law firm focused on bankruptcy support. Academically, Kosyrev holds a Specialist degree in Law from Gubkin Russian State University, a Specialist degree in Business Administration from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, a PhD in Law from the Russian State Institute of Intellectual Property, and a Specialist degree in Anticrisis Management from Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
