Esther de Koning

Esther de Koning currently serves as the Head of Corporate Real Estate Global Regions at ASML since December 2022. Prior to this role, Esther held various positions at Signify from May 2018 to December 2022, including Global Head of Real Estate and Global Contract Manager for Real Estate and Facility Management, where responsibilities included overseeing global outsourcing strategies and leading projects. Esther's tenure at Philips Lighting from February 2016 to May 2018 included the role of Global Contract Manager for Facility Management and Real Estate, focusing on strategy setting and cost improvement. Earlier experiences involve serving as Market Lead for Real Estate and Facility Management in the Benelux region at Philips Real Estate and Market Facility Service Manager for the same region at Philips. Esther earned a Master of Real Estate degree from Eindhoven University of Technology between January 2001 and January 2003.
