Mostafa Shohomy

Mostafa Shohomy, PHRI, SPHRI, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at AlSafy Group since November 2022, where responsibilities include leading the talent acquisition process and developing annual manpower plans. Previously, Mostafa held multiple HR roles at Elsewedy Electrometer Group from October 2012 to October 2022, including Administration & Personnel Manager, HR Manager, and Human Resources Section Head, managing personnel, recruitment, and policy updates. Mostafa also gained experience as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at the Egyptian Group for Manufacturing from May 2009 to October 2012, focusing on recruitment and departmental training requests. Mostafa holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Ain Shams University, earned in May 2009.
