Ashley Z.

Ashley Z. has extensive experience in both direct care and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Direct Care Counselor at Alsana since November 2020, Ashley supervises and assists residential clients with meal adherence and conducts therapy groups. Prior to this, Ashley worked as a Campaign Manager for Gregory for Missouri, contributing to strategic planning and fundraising. Other roles include Director of Administration at The Injury Counsel, where day-to-day operations and case advancements were managed, and Legislative Assistant for the Missouri House of Representatives, providing legislative and administrative support. Ashley also has a background in education, having served as a Substitute Teacher and Teacher Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from St. Louis Community College.
