Ben Shearer

Ben Shearer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the retail and property sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Alshaya Group since December 2005, Ben Shearer oversees a vast portfolio of international brands across multiple regions, including the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, and North Africa. Prior to this role, Ben held positions at Colliers as Senior Manager for Commercial Leasing, Jones Lang LaSalle as a Retail Leasing Executive, and Strata Solutions Group as Business Development Manager. Ben Shearer holds a Bachelor of Business in Management and Marketing, a Diploma in Export Management, and a Post Graduate in Property Economics/Project Management from Queensland University of Technology.
