Daniel Baker is a seasoned analytics professional with over 16 years of experience in the aviation and retail sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Loyalty Insights at Alshaya Group since May 2023, Daniel previously held multiple senior roles at Etihad Airways from June 2013 to April 2023, including Senior Analytics Manager for Customer Insights, CX, and Market Research. In this role, responsibilities included leading analytics initiatives, managing NPS analysis, forecasting, data visualization, and engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
