Hisham Raja has extensive experience in demand planning, fulfilment, and business transformation, currently serving as BMM CTO Business Transformation - Head of Demand Planning & Fulfilment at Alshaya Group since February 2012. Hisham has held leadership positions such as Brand Head for Williams Sonoma and Senior Merchandiser for Williams Sonoma/Pottery Barn. Prior experiences include roles at Amazon.co.uk as Control Buyer/InStock Manager, Pizza Hut as Supply Chain Programme Manager, Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd as Merchandise Planner, and Woolworths Group PLC as Inventory Manager and Analyst. Hisham holds an MSc in Database Systems from the University of Westminster and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science & Marketing from London Metropolitan University, complemented by A-Levels in English Language & Literature, Maths, Economics, and Business from Spelthorne College. Additionally, Hisham completed a leadership course at FranklinCovey Brasil in November 2024.
