Hosam Ayoub has extensive experience in operations and customer relationship management, currently serving as the Head of Operations for Contact Centres at Alshaya Group since October 2009. Previously, Hosam held roles as Senior Manager of CRM, Digital Marketing, and Loyalty, as well as Regional Customer Service Manager for the MENA region at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Clients Relationship Manager at Global Investment House and in customer retention at the National Bank of Kuwait. Hosam's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Beirut Arab University, an Advanced Financial Analytics degree from the American University of Beirut, and ongoing studies in Product Management for Digital Products at EPAM UpSkill, along with a CFA certification obtained in 2009.
