Hossam Eldien Shaaban

Hossam Eldien Shaaban is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving as the Regional Facilities Manager for the Projects & Property Development Retail Property Division at Alshaya Group since January 2007. In this role, Hossam leads facilities operations for the KSA WP regions, overseeing the maintenance and repair of various retail stores across multiple sectors, including fashion, food, health, and more. Prior experience includes serving as FM Supervisor at Americana KSA for KFC and Hardees, where responsibilities also focused on preventative maintenance. Hossam holds a Diploma in Facilities Management from the British Institute of Facilities Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Helwan University Cairo.
