Laura MacFarlane

Laura MacFarlane is currently the Head of Operations Services & Learning MENA at Starbucks, part of the Alshaya Group. They possess extensive experience in operational leadership, having previously held various roles, including Area Manager and Senior Operations Manager, where they significantly improved financial performance and operational excellence. Laura's early career included multiple management roles at The Restaurant Group, culminating in an Area Manager position responsible for several restaurants across South West England and Wales. They earned a BA Hons in Hospitality Management from The Robert Gordon University, which laid the foundation for their successful career in operations management.
