Minu Alexander

Minu Alexander is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience in the retail sector, currently serving as President at Alshaya Group since August 2001. In this role, Minu has full P&L accountability for H&M, H&M Online, COS, and Other Stories across nine countries in the Middle East and North Africa. Minu's leadership experience includes previous roles as Vice President of H&M, Director of Merchandising for H&M Middle East, and various management positions where responsibilities encompassed KPI management, business planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Minu holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from CMS College of Science and Technology.
