Almonther Ahmed Abdelkareem has worked in various roles since 2012. Starting in 2012, they were a Trainee at Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. (SEDC). In their roles, they have been responsible for promptly responding to customer queries, maintaining solid customer relationships, resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues, identifying common problems and escalating them to management, and maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
