Andrés Jara

Andrés Jara is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in the LegalTech sector and alternative legal services. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Global LegalTech Hub and Director of the LegalTech Chapter at Founder Institute, Andrés also holds positions as a Venture Partner and Legal Advisor at Impacta VC, and Co-Founder & CEO of Kea Technology Inc. Since 2015, Andrés has been the Founder and Partner at Alster Legal, where leadership is provided to a multidisciplinary team as a pioneer in alternative legal services in Latin America. In addition, Andrés has educational roles as a Visiting Lecturer at Universidad Austral and ESAN Graduate School Of Business, alongside serving as an Ambassador for Instituto de Innovación Legal and Legal Hackers Chile. Andrés’s leadership extends to the Cámara de Comercio e Industria Colombo Chilena as Director de Inversiones Chile, facilitating M&A opportunities between Chile and Colombia. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master in Law and Business from Bucerius Law School.
