Dominique Vaes

Dominique Vaes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in field service management and digital transformation. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Field Service in Motion since January 2017, Dominique specializes in assisting global companies with their Field Service Management Digitalization and Transformation Programs across Europe. Prior to this, Dominique held leadership roles at Vinçotte, overseeing a large-scale transformation program, and at Imtech Belgium, where responsibility included full P&L oversight and strategic restructuring of the business unit. Other notable experiences include business development at STIB-MIVB, and various roles at KONE Corporation that involved worldwide process and organizational reengineering. Dominique holds a Civil Engineering degree from Université catholique de Louvain and has completed multiple advanced studies, including a certification in Digital Transformation Leadership from Vlerick Business School.
