Abhinav Sharma

Abhinav Sharma is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the APAC Director of Talent Acquisition at Alstom since October 2018, Abhinav has previously held positions such as APAC Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and Head of Recruitment in India. Prior experiences include leading recruitment efforts at Empower Retirement, where Abhinav was instrumental in establishing a Global In-house Center and defining recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. At 3M, Abhinav managed end-to-end recruitment for key functions, while at Wipro Technologies, responsibilities included supporting BFSI and AIM verticals for leadership hiring. Abhinav began a career in recruitment at Manpower Services India Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager, contributing to client acquisition and team performance. Abhinav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from MSRIT and a C-PGDBA in Human Resources from SCDL.
