Maria Antoinette, Assoc CIPD, is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management. Currently serving as the MG Talent Acquisition Lead for Otis Elevator Co. since May 2021, Maria has held various roles such as Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Recruitment Lead within the Middle East, Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine regions. Prior experience includes positions at GE Healthcare as an HR Generalist where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of the employee lifecycle, and at AlQetaaf Consultancy and Al Rostamani Pegel, where key HR initiatives were delivered ranging from workforce planning to talent management. Maria began their career at Dubai World as an Employee Relations Executive. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management & Development from The University of Salford, an Associate’s Degree from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a Bachelor of Science in Business & Management from the University of Sussex, and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Cambridge University.
