Benny Bello

Benny Bello is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various roles and companies. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Alstom since January 2020, Benny is responsible for overseeing HR processes, policies, and practices. Prior to this role, Benny held multiple positions at Fugro from June 2012 to January 2020, including Country HR Manager and Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included HR advisory, performance management, and employee relations. Benny's career began at Generation International Marketing S.A. de C.V. as an HR Generalist from January 2008 to February 2012, focusing on recruitment and staff induction. Benny holds a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources and Organizational Behaviors from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
