Daniella Sneed

Daniella Sneed currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards for the Americas at Alstom, overseeing a multicultural team responsible for compensation, benefits, retirement, international mobility, and governance for 14,000 employees across 12 countries. Prior to this role, Daniella held various leadership positions, including Global Benefits & Retirement Product Leader and Total Rewards Leader at GE, Regional HR Director - Americas/Total Rewards Leader at Alstom Power, and Director of Human Resources Operations at Simonton Windows. Earlier experience includes roles in human resources at Power Partners Inc and Weyerhaeuser. Daniella Sneed earned an MBA from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná.
