Dominic Wong

Dominic Wong is a seasoned professional in project and contract management with extensive experience in the rail and transport sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Contract Manager at Alstom since July 2022, Dominic previously held the role of Commercial and Technical Services Manager at Yarra Trams, where significant contributions included negotiating multimillion-dollar tram refurbishment projects and managing engineering and testing teams. Prior experience as Rail and Rolling Stock Manager at Mineral Resources Limited involved overseeing iron ore fleet operations and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
