Isaac Traylor is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in train systems and locomotives. Currently serving as Train Systems Métier Manager at Alstom, Isaac has provided technical leadership and resource management since July 2017. Previous roles at Alstom include Train Systems Domain Leader and Train Control Engineer, with a strong focus on the LA Metro P2000 light rail vehicle overhaul project. Prior to Alstom, Isaac worked at Progress Rail as a Locomotive Controls System Engineer II, leading a complete control system electronics upgrade project. Isaac's early career includes contributions as a Research Assistant at Purdue University, where support was provided for a NASA-funded project, and an internship at Electro-Motive Diesel. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
