Ishu Goel

Ishu Goel is an experienced professional in continuous improvement and lean management, currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Head (APSYS Leader) for Alstom since January 2021, overseeing performance system initiatives across two manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include leading Lean and Six Sigma activities, managing site vision and strategy, spearheading industrial calculations, and overseeing site KPIs and governance. Prior to Alstom, Ishu was the Continuous Improvement Manager at Bombardier, where achievements included transformation initiatives and digitalization efforts. Ishu began a career at Philips Lighting as a Lean Expert and Process Engineer, focusing on waste reduction and quality improvement projects. Currently pursuing a Master of Technology in Manufacturing Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Ishu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Punjab Technical University.
