Ken Luptak

Ken Luptak is the Head of Asset Life Management Tenders and Business Development, managing a team focused on developing business solutions for an industry-leading provider of passenger trains and related services. With a diverse background in business, law, and engineering, Ken leverages this expertise to create proposals and manage operations for railroad maintenance organizations. Ken is an attorney licensed to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. Patent Office and has previously held positions such as Operations and Maintenance Bid Manager at Alstom and Special Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago. Currently, Ken is pursuing a BS in Mathematical Computer Science at the University of Illinois Chicago and a BS in Mechanical Engineering at Northern Illinois University.
