Lavinia Chifor

Lavinia Chifor is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources strategy and business partnership. Currently serving as the Global HR Director/Partner to the COO organization at Alstom since March 2021, Lavinia collaborates with leadership teams to align HR strategies with the company's objectives and cultivate organizational culture.
