Marine Jaumeau, CRHA, currently serves as the Human Resources Director for Québec and America Support Functions at Alstom since November 2022, focusing on implementing a new HR Delivery model and enhancing collaboration among HR teams. With extensive experience at Alstom from December 2006 to November 2021 in various roles, including America Talent Development Director and Canada Human Resources Director, Marine structured HR teams and developed strategies aligned with business needs, addressing recruitment and performance management.
