Mélanie Gaignette

Mélanie Gaignette is an experienced Regional HR Director at Alstom, overseeing the HR functions across the Africa, Middle-East & Central Asia (AMECA) region since January 2005. In the current role as Regional HR Director, responsibilities include managing HR efficiency and budget while also serving as a Product Line HR Business Partner for Rolling Stock and Services. Previous roles have encompassed HR Business Partnering, learning management, competency matrix project management, and leadership in mergers and acquisitions. Mélanie has contributed to significant projects, including the integration of Bombardier and the development of talent management strategies. Additionally, Mélanie is actively involved as a Pro-bono Associate for Time for the Planet. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Management from Ecole de Commerce Européenne and specialized training at Ecole de Guerre Economique.
