Nick Russo has extensive experience in project and program management within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Support and Aftermarket Sales at Alstom since June 2020, Russo leads customer support initiatives, providing technical issue resolution and field engineering support for the RSC Division. Prior to this role, Russo spent over four years at Bombardier, initially as a Project Manager and later as Lead Project Manager, overseeing the performance of propulsion equipment projects. Russo's career also includes a significant tenure at Ducommun Incorporated as Program Manager, managing the lifecycle of customer orders, and earlier experience at Sanmina-SCI in a similar role. Russo holds a Business Management degree from PennWest Clarion, earned in 2006.
